Questions
If people get on the list by themselves, do I still matter?
Yes. Your list's link brings sign-ups to you and the commission stays yours. The venue decides whether PRs can open it.
Can I use Gate without a venue?
Gate works inside an organisation: the venue invites you as a promoter. If yours doesn't use it yet, introduce us.
Can a venue see the numbers I do with others?
No. Each venue only sees the nights you did with them. Only you see your performance across all venues.
Can I see how much I earn?
You see commissions if the venue chooses to show them. Your performance numbers count people, not money.
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. They get the QR from you on WhatsApp, or by email if they sign up from your link.
One of my guests is already on another list that night?
They stay there: one person, one list. If they want to switch to yours, they cancel from their link and sign up from yours.
Your venue doesn't use Fotia yet?
Introduce us: we'll show them Gate with their lists and their door. If they've already invited you, log in and find your nights.
